  • Go to the schedule and pick this week’s class, then make a reservation for class!
  • You’ll get a confirmation email with links for how to donate via PayPal, Venmo, or my online store. Please complete your payment/donation to ensure your receive access to class. If you have credits / class passes on file, just email me with that reminder and I’ll process your reservation!
  • If you are not able to donate – NO PROBLEM – you are more than welcome! Please please email me and just let me know that, so I’ll stop sending you links/reminders to donate!
  • 10 minutes before class, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to join the class via Zoom.
  • SCROLL DOWN FOR TIPS AND BEST PRACTICES. You’ll need a smartphone or other device, ideally with a camera. You don’t need a zoom account but it is a bit easier if you have one (free). See more tips below.

I am still working on integrating all of this, so my apologies that it is a multi-step process. Thanks for your patience as I get all my ducks in a row.

How to Get the Most out of Your Virtual / Remote Yoga Sessions

    • You have to register for class, which includes a few steps (see above). This should take about 5 minutes, but is required before you can receive the link to join class. Please budget time to do this well in advance of class time. Follow steps above.
    • Class is still donation-based, and I encourage you to give at a level that feels possible and meaningful for you. (This has always been a labor of love for me, after all, and I too am a small business / solopreneur). Suggested range for class is $13-20; if you need to give less or nothing at all, that is definitely an option. You still need to register and reserve a spot to get the zoom link.
    • Please plan to be set up and ready to log-in about 10 minutes before start of class. This will allow for any glitches to be smoothed out, and will also give you time to connect and chat with other yogxs from all over the country who will be joining. Consider inviting your friends! You don’t need a zoom account, but they are free and can make some things easier (like your whole life for the foreseeable future?). Consider downloading the zoom app as well.
    • My plan is to allow for folks to have their cameras and audio on for the first part of class, for some connection and co-regulation time. Then I’ll likely encourage folks to mute themselves and switch to “speaker view” so you can see me and what I’m doing while I teach. This is experimental to a certain extent, and your patience and flexibility are always appreciated!
    • You will need your own mat; you can improvise if needed, but I will be doing my best to teach a class that aligns with the experience you would get in person (which means some down dogs you know?!? and lots of resting/chilling.)
    • Assemble your mat and other props in advance, as well as water or tea, tissues, candles or a diffuser, music, an altar… the beauty of a home practice is that you can set up your conditions however you want them! If you don’t have yoga props – no worries! Just bring a few blankets and/or rolled up beach or bath towels – we’ll make do!
    • Please please reach out with any questions or concerns – I want to help you join class if you want to be here!
